About this board

Trivia Mode Level 66 — Complete Answer Guide

This page lists every answer for level 66 of Connect Word's Trivia Mode pack, one of 7 limited-run event modes. The board holds 12 words in 3 categories: Light Bulb, Steam Engine, Telegraph.

Event boards play like the Daily Challenge rather than like the numbered ladder — several stages deep, with general-knowledge categories rather than anything tied to the pack's name. The category sizes are the practical difference: here they all hold 4 words, where every category in the numbered game holds exactly five. Watch the 5 multi-word entries too — phrases like Thomas Edison are where a category looks one short.

Numbering restarts inside each pack, so this is not level 66 of the main 4,600-level ladder. Step to level 65 or level 67 of Trivia Mode, return to the pack index, or work the daily archive of 607 dated boards.

Pro tips

3 Tips for Trivia Mode Level 66

01

Every category here holds 4 words

All 3 categories on this board carry exactly 4 words, so a theme showing 4 is finished — stop digging there and put the letters you have left against the categories that are still short.

02

Read all 3 category names before you swipe

The category names are the only clue the board gives you, and reading all 3 of them first rules out most of the dictionary before you touch a tile. A narrow name pins its answers far harder than a broad one, which makes it the cheapest place to start.

03

Expect 5 multi-word entries

Level 66 carries 5 phrase answers — entries like Thomas Edison. When a category sits one short, the gap is usually two words you have been reading as one. The full Trivia Mode pack runs 101 levels, 3–9 categories a board and 1,848 words.

How we verify Trivia Mode level 66

The 12 words on this page were captured from the Trivia Mode pack while it was live and are stored category by category in the game's own order, not retyped. A level publishes only when its whole board parses cleanly, so the 3 categories here are 3 complete themes and no answer is counted twice.

How to play

How to Solve a Connect Word Board

Three habits that clear any Connect Word board, whichever mode you are in.

STEP 01

Read every category name first

The category names are the only clue the game gives you, and reading all of them before you touch a tile rules out most of the dictionary. A narrow theme pins its answers far harder than a broad one, which makes it the cheapest place to start.

STEP 02

Count the slots, do not count to five

Every category in the numbered levels holds exactly five words, so five means finished. The daily and event boards do not follow that rule — their categories hold four or five. Read the empty slots the board draws or you will abandon a theme one answer early.

STEP 03

Expect phrases, not just words

Roughly one Connect Word answer in six is two words rather than one. When a category sits one short, the gap is usually a phrase you have been reading as a single word.
